Kibo Connect (Pty) Ltd is a proud member of the Internet Service Providers’ Association of South Africa (ISPA). Recently, in a press release, the ISPA chairman,  André van der Walt highlighted “Consumers should be on the lookout for the mark of trust that is the ISPA logo when searching for Internet access services. If your provider does not display this logo, then you should be asking what recourse you will have if services are not delivered as expected.”

ISPA further stated that “ISPA’s status as a recognised industry body means the government is satisfied that consumers will receive good service and accountability because ISPA members must abide by a mandatory Code of Conduct and, among other things, fully comply with a variety of licensing and registration requirements, as well as provisions to protect customer records.”

We are provide quality Business Internet (FTTB) and Voice services and take the ISPA Code of Conduct very seriously. All our business processes and systems align with these industry standards and we are committed to providing outstanding customer service. We proudly display the ISPA logo on the footer of our website www.kiboconnect.co.za to verify that we are members of the association that is the only industry body recognised by the South African government under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
