Our Business Support is available 24/7. Our Consumer support is available during our business hours, 8am to5pm, Monday to Friday.
How to log a support ticket?
For any support-related query, please email support@kiboconnect.co.za or call +27 21 036 0011 (CPT), +27 31 880 0008 (DBN) or +27 10 045 1400 (JHB) with as much information about the issue as possible, including any error messages and/or screenshots.
What happens next?
You will receive an automated response with a ticket reference number. The correct person from our helpdesk will then be assigned to your ticket and get in touch with you directly to resolve.
How to escalate a query?
Should you need to escalate your query, please contact your dedicated account manager with your existing ticket reference number in order for your query to be escalated.
