About Our Network

Service, Quality
and Simplicity

Kibo Connect was founded in 2008 and we have been involved in rolling out Fibre across South Africa with various partners since 2010. We were then relaunched in 2015 as a National Fibre Optics ISP.

We have adopted a simple approach to our processes and procedures to benefit our clients and we consider our core values whenever we present a solution: Service, Quality and Simplicity.

Upstream topology

We own and run our own National Network with data centres in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban. We own redundant infrastructure between those data centres where we aggregate the traffic and we break out onto undersea cables leaving South Africa with fully redundant upstream topology.

Kibo Connect peers with NAP AfricaMicrosoft, Google and Amazon within South Africa and we aim to offer the lowest latency and best throughput of any traffic in the country.


Maximise your performance

Our network allows businesses to aggregate their branches into efficient MPLS networks, to maximise the performance of business solutions and business systems. We offer service level agreements with all our Fibre to the Business contracts.

Managed services

Kibo brings technical skills to integrate these services and solutions and provide managed services through our partners in terms of cabling and network management. We provide a Single Point of Contact with technology services and a single managed relationship.
