Sales and Account Queries

Our Sales and Finance teams are available during normal business hours; 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

What happens next?

You will receive an automated response with a ticket reference number. The correct person from our helpdesk will then be assigned to your ticket and get in touch with you directly to resolve.

How to escalate a query?

Should you need to escalate your query, please contact your dedicated account manager with your existing ticket reference number in order for your query to be escalated.
