The team drives SME success through a carefully planned roadmap approach that alleviates the pain points and risks of managing the ever-evolving world of connectivity, IT infrastructure, and data security and management.
Rochelle, a great mixologist, has been with Kibo since the company’s inception, playing a pivotal role in nearly every department for over 15 years. “Going from a Virtual ISP to a Converged Services Provider which owns and operates its own network across SA is such a big deal!”
With an impressive background spanning 17 years in the Information and Telecommunications industry, Chantel embodies a lifelong learner, a people-oriented professional with deep knowledge and expertise, and an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Nicole possesses a remarkable 8-year tenure in the IT industry. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Her diverse background encompasses business development, sales, customer management, and marketing, having worked with renowned brands throughout her career.
Rohan, our young gun, has amassed eight years of experience in the ISP industry, starting in sales for a Wireless Service Provider. His dedication and guidance played a pivotal role in expanding the provider’s client base to over 12,000 customers. Seeking a deeper understanding of network infrastructure within the ISP space, he shifted his focus and worked diligently to become a logistics manager. In this role, he honed his expertise in operations, managing a fleet and handling procurement for approximately five years. His mantra resonates with his approach to life: “Success is not merely a mindset but a way of life.”
Brett has been in sales for most of his career and has a vast amount of experience in different industries. He was a field sales manager for Verimark, a sales manager for a leading Audio Visual company. He was also a pharmaceutical rep for 14 years. Having worked in these industries, Brett has experience with large corporate retailers, small businesses, doctors and specialists and even government for tender business.
